At the beginning of May Star USA Moving moved us a long distance. I had very specific time requirements as I do not have the flexibility of taking time off work, They were incredibly accommodating and worked very hard to ensure that my timelines were both at the pickup and the delivery. I found them to be extremely professional and there was never hesitation to answer my questions, which gave me a lot of confidence that I hired the right moving company to move my belongings. I had a really pleasant experience and have already recommended them to my co-workers and all friends who will be moving.

My experience was pretty excellent with Star USA Moving. I wouldn’t hesitate to award them more than five stars if there was any option. They were extremely professional compared to other companies I used. They came on time and with enough boxes. They worked really hard to pack and load all our items within the middle of the day. They brought separate boxes for separate rooms items like bathroom, kitchen, living room items, they used different boxes and labeled carefully to recognize throughout the move. I am happy with the way they delivered on time and helped place stuff in my new apartment’s vacant rooms.

I was so thankful because they did a really decent job with my move. I felt like they knew what they were doing. My things were picked up and my only instructions were to make sure that all my big pieces were covered or wrapped to prevent damage and they did that with such dedication. I don’t know where to start! Ok let’s begin with the workers! It was really a pleasure to deal with the crews of Star USA Moving. Their approach was very friendly to make the total situation simple and stress free. They came at least twenty minutes early and the guys were very organized and skilled. They knew what to wrap and where to place everything. They protected my every single delicate item. There were no absolute surprises at the end of moving. They brought some wardrobe boxes and bags for the mattress and they charged absolutely nothing for those items! I don’t know what other companies would do, they might have charged! I know there are a few bumps in every move. Fortunately they were simply flawless! I would certainly recommend these guys.

Just wanted to start by saying that Star USA Moving is an excellent company! The foreman arrived with three other crew members and they were right on schedule. They took around five hours to load and that was exactly what was estimated. I didn’t have to move a finger or lift a thing. I had some furniture, a lot of kitchen stuff and some boxes. We had a third floor walk-up and they worked really carefully. The sales rep was very quick to respond through phone, text and email and I got the pickup date scheduled immediately. They are certainly recommended.

He sent some very efficient and skilled workers to my apartment. They worked like machines, no breaks at all until the loading was over.
