To be frank, I had no idea about how Star USA Moving was as a moving company when I hired them. Their quote seemed very reasonable to me and it also made me worried about their skills. Because in most cases, companies who quote you low are really incompetent. Fortunately, these men were far from incompetency! They arrived right on time. They packed up everything and loaded them onto their vans really fast. I had to do nothing except give them an inventory. They managed to deliver everything I own without a dent on them. I suppose I got really lucky with them!

My family has a lot of belongings. Then again it’s only obvious given there are 9 members in my family. We moved from a massive house to another huge house last month. It was a big ask from the movers sent by Star USA Moving to pack up our belongings. But the men took on the task with a smile. They were just machines. They worked for 8 straight hours with a 15 minutes break for lunch. Everything was packed carefully and brought out of the house. Then they loaded everything meticulously. I think any other set of movers would have taken twice the time to do this job. I was very satisfied with the efficiency these men displayed.

When they arrived at our new home, they put things in their proper rooms, even the ones that were on the upper levels of the house. They were friendly and wonderful to work with. I hope I don’t have to move again anytime soon but if I do I would be happy to use them again.

I usually move every couple of years, but this move was by far the best one. I moved from FL to NJ and my experience was one worth remembering. This company should be applauded for their promptness and knowledge. They were so quick and clean and got right to the point with everything. It was just right. The quoted price was affordable and reasonable; I was able to pay it with no problem. This is such a friendly company and really was a delight having them as my movers.

The foreman from Southeast van lines and his team were amazing during the entire relocation process. They took great care to make sure they knew where everything was going, and took the time to wrap and secure everything properly in place. We didn’t see any damage or issues with the move, and are very glad they were to get this done in a very reasonable manner. They all stayed in their masks, were very respectful and very kind. Would gladly go back to them again for a future move!

I normally don’t leave reviews but this company are thieves and horrible. I would give this a negative if possible. The sales guy Raymond and owner Alex both are lie and took my money. I’m in the process of suing in small claims to get my money back. In short they charged me $594 for a deposit to move me from GA to FL and I got the run around from the very beginning. Raymond never responded to calls and when I did get a hold of him he just said all was good. Which was a lie. After fighting with them about the date of my move I was given a time between 12-4pm. They never showed up and called an hour later talking about they were on the way. I sold my home and had to be out of there so when they didn’t call or show up by 4pm I had to make other arrangements. Now they refuse to give me my deposit back when they know they didn’t provide any services. Alex when I found his info online was rude and upset that I was call him about the issue. Uh you are the owner sir how does that sound. I just lost $600 and I’m warning you to NOT us this company as they lie and don’t show up. Since their refund is 3 days after you sign that’s how they can keep your money especially if you scheduled your move months in advance. I didn’t do anything last minute my move was scheduled Mar 29th and I called them beginning of February to confirm everything. I should have done more research and read and more importantly believed the reviews that I saw before contacting them. Lessoned learned for me I hope you read the reviews and know this company is trash and to never use.
