This has been sitting in my notes app for two full years. Buckle up. -No one told me before making the deposit that it would be 1-5 business days before delivery. In fact, All American insisted right up until day of pickup that it would be delivered same day or next day. That did not happen -My contract was a link that expired, not a PDF. This means when I wanted to check my contract to see if the 5 day delivery time was mentioned, I could not access it. I asked several times for an updated when, and I either heard nothing or received the same broken link. At any given point, I had little to no paper trail. -There were wayyyyy too many points of contact. I spoke to 2 different people at All American and 3 people at the Century Moving. They all had slightly different/conflicting information. They also all pointed to each other when I asked direct questions. I only got direct answers when I lost my temper. -Two people, one at All American and one at Century Moving, said that they might or will work on the weekends. When I spoke to the foreman directly, he said they never do this. -After two different inventory lists where my estimate went up by a few hundred dollars (which was to be expected), when the carrier actually picked up my stuff, it was over by 400 cubic feet and added an extra $2000 to the total. This was blindsiding. I had to pay it because they had already loaded up my stuff, but how can the inventory estimation system have been so off??? Additionally, I only found out upon delivery that the extra stuff had been charged at a much higher rate than the original stuff. No one told me this ahead of time, and the mover did not explain it when he told me the upcharge. -Every question I asked about timing was answered with a vague window. A few days before, 1-5 days, between 12 and 4. When I tried to get a more specific time, they just said “we’ll get back to you” and never did. When I finally lost my temper and insisted on a clearly scheduled time, they still only gave me a range of 5-6 in the morning. -I was told by Century Moving that we would receive a phone call one hour to a half hour before arrival for pickup, which could have been as early as 5am. I convinced them to push it to 6 (since we are not morning people) woke up at 5 am for a phone call that never came. The carrier arrived at 6:15 with no warning. While some of these are problems with the carrier, they all stemmed directly from the terrible management and communication from All American. Then, when someone followed up with me afterwards to see how my experience was, they ghosted me after I told them it was bad. Do not trust this company under any circumstances.

Their prices are better than anyone I have ever used. They made my move at an event without worry. The movers are friendly and capable. WOW. Can’t be more pleased with my move! Recommended!

At the beginning their sales rep offered me a very eye catching deal then the movers did the rest. They came on time with a truck, which was in great condition. Then they packed my belongings with great care and then moved to the new location. During the whole move, they were focused and they had the capabilities to manage the move without a single mistake. It was a classy performance by them. I am really happy and I would use them again in future.

The foreman and his crew from All American Relocation Group did an amazing job with our move. 4 guys showed up on time, they were very professional and efficient. They were extremely careful and quick, packing and wrapping all my furniture. We had a lot of furniture and fragile items that were moved with care. I highly recommend using this company.

All of my belongings were safe and secure, and I had no issues. Long-distance moves could be something that is very stressful, but it’s great to have such a reliable company without all the hassle. I really have no words to describe how badly All American Relocation Group is. When I closed the deal with Carolina – the person who guaranteed me the right service and any kind of help. In the pick up 07/26 the big problem started .. the driver loaded all my items w at the end told me that I was using another 100 cubic feet on the truck; but that he would give me a discount and that he would not charge the helpers or the material he used to carry my change. First, it was impossible to have exceeded 100 cubic feet and the worst was the service he was claiming to give me, in a contract with All American, any type of loading, material and if necessary assembly and disassembly were already included. I tried to contact the company on the day of the pick up .. and no one could help me. Due to the need and knowing that I would be charged $ 300 more I asked to take my change. As if that were not enough, I had scheduled it since the beginning of the service and even 2 weeks before talking to Carolina and Sierra to deliver on August 20th. Simply, on the 20th my things were still in New Jersey and would be delivered between 3 to 5 days – yes, the 25th at the most; amazing, today the 24th gave me 3 days for delivery. I don’t know who else to turn to what to do.

If there is one service provider I can always be loyal to without second questioning, it would be All American Relocation Group. If there are any diligent crews I have come across, I believe it is theirs. The manner in which they handled my relocation was way much too perfect than I had imagined previously. I didn’t have in mind that they could be so good and efficient but at least for now, I fully know. I wouldn’t even give the idea of referring them a second thought because surely, they deserve that or even more.

They called me the day before I moved and told me they would come between 8 and 10 am. The next day they called me saying they had some trouble with the truck, so they were late. The moving was pretty smooth, so I was satisfied with that part. When they charged me, somehow they charged me higher than the estimated price. So I called them and they took out the second charge, so it was fine.

On the day of our move our 3 movers arrived on time and got right to work wrapping and carefully loading our belongings. We were thrilled with our experience and will gladly call again should we ever need to relocate, which hopefully won’t be any time soon!

I vastly underestimated the amount of boxes we would have. Despite that the movers were incredibly polite, and told us up front that it would take longer than expected based on what I had told them (totally my fault!!). They worked tirelessly while at the same time being so careful with all of our things. I will absolutely call these guys next time we move. 10/10!! They were referred by a friend of mine that used them…both crews in FL and GA were great, very fast and efficient, I had little issue with the damage but that was resolved. Thanks to the sales guy that settled it very efficiently I will consider using them in the future.

The movers were very nice, very careful, and quick. They were able to move us out of our two-bedroom apartment on the second floor with zero issues. Everything delivered as it was packed with zero scratches or broken items. Way better than the experience we’ve had prior to this move. We will absolutely book our next move with this company.

It was good. It was a little hard, there were just three people and the move out of my FL apartment, and it’s a six floor walk-up so it took a long time. There was a miscommunication about having to pay in cash. I was told that I could pay by car, so there was a bit of a miscommunication at the end, but everything arrived here safely and smoothly and they were very nice men. In the end I would say that All American Relocation Group did an excellent job.

Our rep was an honest and nice person to us from start to finish. They were very clear that small moves delivery take 2 to 3 days. The truck arrived in promised time. The driver made sure that the items were in good shape. The cost was only 50 dollars above the quote, very fair according to their great job. I would recommend them as a reliable company.

If you’ve ever had the headache of terrible movers that are hours late or show up tired and unprofessional, these are your guys.
