They only sent one guy to move all my stuff and unload it. Natalie at their office is completely rude. She hung up on me several times and treated me like s***. READ ALL THE REVIEWS. This company is a scam. Every single woman you speak to is incredibly friendly and reassuring. This is how they dupe you. They literally NEVER call you back no matter how many times they promise they will. They seem understanding when the garbage movers they hire (Confidant Movers LLC) don’t deliver your belongings for MONTHS, yet they never get anything done. The manager Olivia doesn’t answer emails or her phone after you give your first payment even when your stuff has been “delayed” for 7 weeks but was promised after 21 days. The dispatch manager Ally promises to look into your move and where the truck is yet never actually calls you. Not a single employee could tell me where my things were or why it was taking so long. This is NOT a moving company but a broker who finds a shady Russian with a truck to take your things. They are not the actual moving company so do not waste your time and money thinking they can help you.

Wow… all I can say about these guys. From the initial phone call and follow-up texts from FL to CA the move, which involves three different locations, these guys are GOOD! Also, the whole move was no advance notice, as there were only 3 days from my initial contact to the move. Never once heard a complaint. Amazing work ethic. Always asking me what I needed.

Horrible people, worst experience in my life! Be away from them! I would like to share my experience with company, first I called them around a month ago when I knew that I am moving, and they gave me an estimate which was reasonable in comparison to other quotes I got, here is the trick they will give you good price to let you pay deposit and then call you back before the actual relocation to increase. You have to pay the deposit using credit card and the rest is money order. I tried to be within my moving budget so I accept the new estimate and they told me that someone will be calling me with the estimated pick up time. Waiting for two or three days, nobody called and I packed everything, me and my family waiting for them to pick up my stuff. After two days, their manager called Brandon gave me a call to tell me if you would like us to help you pay $500 extra that is the only option we have, WHAT!! This is ridiculous, my new company are expecting me to arrive at a certain time and you are twisting my arm in the last minute, after a long shooting match he refunded me my deposit and I am going to use Upack or UHaul better than those lairs! Will do my on the internet with all the websites to expose them to the customers and looking for an attorney to take my case to the court so they can stop scamming people.

These guys are great! Most professional and efficient moving company I have ever used. They were on time and so friendly. These guys came with their game faces on, never stopping. We were so impressed with their care for each item; wrapping furniture heavily in moving blankets and helping us reconfigure some boxes that weren’t well organized. They started calling giving us one excuse after another..Second pick up was for the following Sat. that did not happen either..Called and called and calls went unanswered. Finally, they made an effort to re-schedule in another four or five days. these people give you the run around .. we cancelled..called our credit card and they issued us a credit for our deposit. Our next contact will be the better business bureau. Don’t believe a word these people tell you. As for the positive remarks.. I guess I would like to talk to those people.. I signed a “binding estimate” with National Relocation which stated plainly that my price would not change. I paid the deposit, and everything was set. The day before they were supposed to pick up my things, they called me and told me that due to an “accident” with their truck they would not be picking up anything unless I paid them another $200. I guess the “binding” estimate isn’t so binding after all. The general manager was downright rude on the phone when I tried to resolve the issue, and he refused to provide proof that there had even been an accident. I offered to pay the extra $200 IF they showed me proof….the guy laughed and refunded my deposit. Because of this, I had to throw out anything that didn’t fit in my car and move that way. I am beyond dissatisfied. In my opinion, this borders on downright extortion.

We are in the midst of facilitating a 2700 mile move of our daughters’ belongings. I interviewed several moving companies with a specific focus on timeliness and cost. During several conversations with the sales team at National Relocation, LLC, I was assured that their moving vendors were honest and would get the move done in a timely and safe manner. During the process, I rejected several other vendors that were less expensive and in a couple of cases, more honest about the moving process. One of those vendors was Integrated moving Solutions, quite possibly the worst online rated moving company. Dispatch advised that we should not have the pickup more than a week ahead of the move-in date to make sure that the delivery did not arrive before that date. We were also very explicit about the measurements and size of each and every item that was going on the truck. Dispatch estimated that the delivery would take place between May 6th and 10th based on their metrics, which are in fact not based on reality in any form. The moving company was scheduled for a window between 2-7 on the 26th of April. The truck arrived at 9PM. At that point, we were shocked that the National Relocation vendor of choice is the same company that we rejected at a lower price due to their reviews, Integrated Moving Solutions. This company has dozens of complaints with the BBB and other online locations. The driver of the truck immediately started talking about how the broker eats into their profit margins and that my daughter should have called them directly, which we would never have done. He then tried to get my daughter to pay them a upcharge in cash. When they declined, they had her pay for an upcharge by stating that the move exceeded the allotted load, despite the load being well below the paid for cubic footage. Fast forward to May 11th, 15 days after the move. We are now being told that the movers “window for deliver”, which was on paper to be 7-21 days with the estimate being 10-14, was assigned to start 8 days after the pickup. As of May 11th, the load has not moved 1 inch. When called on this, the canned response is that I should not be frustrated, call the moving company and that their arbitrary date which is not in writing anywhere, is the basis for the 21 day window. I would advise avoiding this place like the plague. Not one person has been honest from the beginning, their moving company held out for additional money, seeking a cash upcharge and there is no timeline for delivery of the load.
