do not i repeat do not use this company. they are very unprofessional , they do not deliver the services they claim. they charged us an extra 4000 $ when the showed up at my home. We hired them because they sai the had experience moving pianos across country .When we arrive to new home, we was assured that once called to deliver our belongings we would have our furnishing within two days. It took a whole week for them to answer their phone. they then procceded to tell us it could take a week to ten days to deliver our belongings due to worker shortage . once they found drivers ,they pulled up in a totally different truck, and it was a 45 foot budget rental truck , the original truck was a 53 footer i work with trucks and it was packed front to back this 45 footer they showed up with was half full for they had material from another client . my furniture was dinged up, my daughters 55″ tv which was,nt 1 year old screen was cracked , the grand piano was,nt even on the van the music holder for it was snapped into , i had black and decker lawn trench make they stole it , at least 2 plastice container we packed our clothes in was missing . the baby grand piano was worth 7,000 alone in excellent shape, how do you just take a whole baby grand ? we contacted the they gave us the run around for months ,made us submit a list several time claiming the never received info pictures include shuffuled us between individuals , they sent us check for 150.00$ DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Where do I start…. My mom and I booked this place together as I was leaving my state and heading towards hers. She could help with the new location if I wasn’t there when they arrived. Let’s start off with booking the company, that went well Marty and Nick were both professional and polite. They were planned to arrive on June 16, 2022 between 9am to 12pm. Never heard from them in this time frame until I called to find out what was going on. Then I received a direct call from the movers who told me to not go through management and to go straight through them. They arrived at 2:30pm. My quote was very off what they initially quoted us and in fact more then doubled the cost. They charged for going up and down stairs and never initially asked or said there could be a charge for that. They also didn’t know how to unhook my washer and dryer and I had to end up leaving it there. Then they packed everything up and practically demanded a tip. They made me sign a form saying if your going to tip that it must be at least 40% of the total cost of the move. Shouldn’t a tip be the amount a customer would like to tip? When I as well as my mom wanted to voice concerns there was no response to text, emails, or calls. This was only the start. I successfully arrived at my new location days later but just got my stuff 2 WEEKS AGO!!!!! Why?????? My totes and boxes were damaged and broken. I haven’t been able to thoroughly go through everything but I’m not thinking it will be good. After numerous calls I finally learned from someone that some of their staff had Covid. Okay, I can understand a week or so later but almost 2 months?!?!?!? Really?!?!?! I am so glad I had a place to stay temporarily that had the things I needed. To this day no return calls from Nick or Marty. Just super inconvenienced. Lesson learned I will never used this company EVER again. If you decide to go with this company please choose to at your own risk. I will never ever Use them again.

These guys were a rip off from the very beginning. We were given an ‘accurate’ quote by a guy named ‘Adrian’. Well that turned out to be BS. Our moving cost jumped 70% when the movers showed up. We even reduced the amount of things we planned on taking by about half. They told us it would be 21 days from the first available date of our delivery. It’s been long past that, and still no delivery, also no phone calls, emails, anything. We paid for a service that they never provided. They have our money and our things. These guys are criminals.

I contracted for a full-service move from Iowa to Texas. The first gentleman I talked with was Nick, he was very kind. We went through the items I had to move. I was currently in Texas while talking with him. I told him I did not want any surprises and I wanted to over estimate my items to prevent any problems. I told him that I was a quilter and I had two machines in two very heavy quilting cabinets/tables. I also told him the machines were electronic, very expensive and needed to be handled very carefully to prevent damage. Nick state he would make note of the need. I then talked to Marty and I reintegrated to Marty I did not want any surprises. I told him I frequently watch Judge Judy and they have cases where people are surprised by additional costs at the end of their move. Marty ensured me I would not experience any surprises. A few days before my move Marty called and I asked him if we could walk through the items I had due to I was then in Iowa and could give him a more accurate list. He said no, I had a two bedroom apartment and that was enough. Marty told me the movers would bring 3 gentlemen and would pack in the morning and load in the afternoon. No surprises. On June 14th I received a call to let me know the packers would arrive on Thursday June 16th anywhere from 9am to 11am. On June 16th at 11:42 am Victor called and stated he was about 30 minutes out. He did not say why he was running so late. I tried to explain to him about limited parking due to the apartment building was under construction (I had formally informed Marty about the limited parking and he assured me they could park on the street except when loading) and Victor stated No he had a small truck and could park by the exit, again I told him, no he could unload anything he would need and then would need to park on the street until ready to load. He stated no he would park by the exit. Victor called back at 12:17 and stated he was about 5 minutes out. I met him at the exit. I escorted him to my apartment. Victor stated it was highly unusual for them to transport from Iowa to McAllen and why wasn’t my belongings being shipped? I did not understand what he was talking about. He right away stated there would be additional charges for Long Haul fees. I told him I was not informed about the additional charge. I then began to walk him around my apartment and he stated there would be extra charges for large boxed. When in the 2nd bedroom/sewing room, he stated I would need to take apart the quilting machine. He stated he didn’t know anything about the machine. He then stated he would need to pack other boxes on top of the machine. I told him no, nothing could be packed on top as it was fragile. I then told Victor I needed to know approximately how much more these additional charges would be. He stated he would not know until after he packed the apartment. I asked him for approximate due to I was informed there wouldn’t be any additional unexpected charges or surprises. Victor state sternly fine, I am out of here and left my apartment. I called Marty, he said not to worry he would take care of it and he assured me I would be happy. Victor came back into my apartment with a young man. Due to Victor raising his voice with me and talking to me in a rude manner, I began the voice recorder. Victor and the other young gentleman did not say anything to me they acted like they were going to start packing. I asked Victor what did the company say to him, and he replied it would be more money. I again asked him how much and he just kept saying in a loud voice that all I wanted to do was to, argue about $5. I told Victor since I was paying the bill, I had a right to know an approximate about I would be charged, again he stormed out of my apartment. I felt like due to being an elderly woman, he could take advantage of me financially and just bully me. I tried over and over to call Marty. When he finally answered he told me Customer Service was trying to call me so he couldn’t talk so I hung up. At 2:07 pm I sent Marty a text telling him customer service never called.

My daughters first move, young 20 year old girl. Starts with overcharging on the pick up AND the drop off. Scam. Showed up with dresser, bed, chair, ladder (how do you break a ladder?), very nice painting put hole in it. Never showed when they said, threaten to put her stuff (all her clothes) in storage. Smoking on the pickup entire time, cussing. All led by the crook of all crooks Naor Hamaui, look it up. First picture is the mug shot. if this number comes up 847-899-8429. Run. Call customer service, get nothing from a “Jennifer”, nothing. They sub the business out to Western Van lines (Naor) . Just an absolute joke.

I’m working on my claim and wondering whether it is worth submitting. My heart breaks with every box I unpack when items so carefully packed in bubble wrap are broken, things that were handmade in my studio, photographs that I hand printed years ago. Oy vey! Initially, I thought I had selected a service-conscious company that gave me a great quote and good information for a cross country move from California to Florida. They gave me a three day window of when they would pick up my belongings in order for it to be transported and arrive by May 15th. I actually believed it would arrive on May 15th. I spent three weeks without my belongings with only a new bed that I ordered to arrive at the apartment and a suitcase of clothing. When my belongings arrived, boxes were smashed, metal objects were dented and bent, three boxes weren’t mine and some of my things are still missing weeks later. Claims are made to an outside company and furnishings that cost me hundreds of dollars will (maybe) be reimbursed at 60 cents per pound. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Donate all of your possessions to charity, give them away, have a yard sale. Spend the thousands of dollars on new rather than throw it away on Planet Van Lines. And when a Southern man named Adrian says have a blessed day, remember that when Southerners say “Well, bless your heart!” they are hurling insults, not telling you to have a good day.

Don’t hire them! You will regret it if you do! They are a total SCAM! They are nice, responsive, and accommodating until you sign the agreement. After that, you won’t even get an answer to your phone calls or emails. And they will keep charging you for fake additional fees until your original quote almost doubles! Don’t hire them! Find anyone else, but not these people! They are liars and prey on poor folk by giving reasonable sounding quotes until they get you to sign the agreement and then the quote keeps getting higher, but by that time you can’t cancel the agreement as you have already signed it and have paid a deposit also—every step of the way, they rip you off! And don’t even get me started on the amount of stuff that was damaged and broken when they finally delivered them, for which you won’t get a single penny back! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

SCAM ALERT !! Planet Van Lines subcontracts with other moving companies to move your things. I expected a professional moving team in Planet Van Lines uniforms. What I got was a racist, marijuana smoking driver who ended up testing positive for COVID-19 but of course the company never notified me of this. They only use their name to get a piece of the pie per se. They are nice and helpful on the phone UNTIL YOU GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. After you sign the contract and they secure a down payment you will never hear from them and your calls will go to voicemail/unanswered. I wish I had read these reviews before I used them. Over 2 months later and I still don’t have my things !

DO NOT ALLOW THIS COMPANY TO MOVE YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS. YOU WILL BE OVERCHARGED AND YOUR ITEMS WILL GET DAMAGED. THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD! I have recently moved from Greensboro NC to Bloomington MN. I hired Planet Van Lines to move just my furniture items for my one-bedroom apartment. My sales rep David Wilson was very nice at the beginning, he stated how he understood the problems that can come with moving companies and misc. charges that could occur. He stated their company was known for their great service and sent me plenty of good reviews to see so myself. I also was in between this company and other company and he stated that he has known this other company to screw people over with random charges throughout the move, and that he would assure that his company would not do that. I truly trusted him with what he was saying. We both agreed we would OVER estimate on my quote so that when the company picked up my furniture, if anything the pricing would be lower. We put 20 boxes on the quote, that I knew I would NOT have at the time of pickup so that the total amount to pay would be lower than estimated. I also told him that my bedframe, which is only 4 inches thick, was not able to break down past getting the legs off and taking apart the head board. The actual bed frame and slats needed to stay together. He said that was fine, and he stated that in the inventory and that there wouldn’t be any additional charges, all the charges were on the quote. This was not the case. The moving company (that didn’t show up in a truck with the company’s name on it) overcharged me by $600. They charged me for a couple different random charges that I knew I discussed prior with the sales rep so that those would be incorporated into my original estimate. They charged me for extra space in the truck (Although the guys who delivered my furniture stated the cubic sq ft was 400, they charged me for 500 cubic sq ft.) They also charged me for a “Bulky item” which was my bed frame because they didn’t disassemble the slats. Then they charged me for “wrapping” and the pickup man said it was for wrapping the bed frame because “They don’t normally do that”. Wrapping was stated by the sale agent I talked to to be included in the service of the company. On my email from the quality assurance team that I received before they picked up my furniture, they stated that I could pay with a money order, personal check, cash, or certified check. They ended up making me pay in ALL CASH when they picked up my furniture. They said that my delivery date was too close so the personal check wouldn’t process in time so I had to pay in cash. At this point I have paid all but $300 of my full estimate. I paid $1784.13 with the sales rep over the phone, and then paid $900 in cash when they picked up my furniture. They picked up my furniture on June 2nd. Since then, I have not heard from anyone. I called my sales rep multiple times, and he stopped responding to me. The dispatch team contacted me once, but said they had to “wait for paperwork to come in before they could do anything” and hung up on me. I haven’t heard back since. I’ve called customer service, quality assurance, and any number I can find. I haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone. I’ve left multiple voicemails for Vanessa and Ashley were extremely rude to me on the phone the rare times I got them to answer. I had never received a call back from all of the times I’ve called them. I have even emailed, had someone say they filed a request to have me called back and then I never got a call or heard back again. They originally told me my delivery time would be 7-14 business days, but I gave them 16 business days to deliver my items since that is what is stated on my paperwork. I called Planet Van Lines and notified them in the 24th of June that I filed a bunch of claims against them through the state, the DOT, etc. because I had not heard from them since my furniture was picked up. A dispatch person then called later that afternoon (Coincidence huh) and said they were arranging a driver. On the day of the delivery, the contract states they are supposed to call an HOUR before delivery. The driver called 5 minutes before and said if I was not there within the half hour they were going to charge me. Luckily I got there in time and got my furniture unloaded. They had no respect towards my furniture when bringing it upstairs. They ripped the bottom of my couch as well as damaged other items. Half of my furniture was damaged in some way. They broke a light in my apartment complex, and said “That didn’t happen” to me after they saw me watching after it broke. I asked the crew where my stuff was this entire month and he said he picked up my stuff in the GROSSEST storage locker he has ever seen. Water, rodents, etc. in this storage locker. The delivery guys even stated that this company is notorious for changing their company name to avoid any penalties or fines. The delivery guys told me to call Planet Van Lines to discuss all of the damages, and to get reimbursed. The dispatch lady Ashley said that a Jennifer would call me on Monday, the 28th of June to discuss the overcharges and the damages and never did. I’ve called over 15 times at this point and haven’t heard back. I have been OVERCHARGED and my furniture items are DAMAGED without being reimbursed. I feel completely taken advantage of and that is company is truly fraud. NO ONE should allow this moving company to move their personal items. Read how many thorough negative reviews this company has, and that exact same thing will happen to you if you go with this company. I just wish I could’ve seen the reviews sooner so I hadn’t trusted them with my move.

They come off as a good company when you submit for a Quote, you will get a guy named DAve and possibly a guy named Marty who claims to be the Owner and then after you pay a deposit, they vanish and will never hear from them again. The Foreman/3rd party guy who loaded my stuff up increased my price after he showed up to my house by waiving his finger in the air , he said more than the inventory list which i went over with Marty and Dave. They swore they would accept credit card, then try to get a personal check or cash. They kept telling me they would get me moved within my 3-14 day Window, 22 Business Days later they claim they only had 1 truck available and it broke down in California. you will get a different store from everyone at this company, Corporate is in Idaho, they also go by Western Van Lines, They have one of the worst DOT ratings i come to find out. I had to fire them and have them release my belongings after 6 weeks and i paid them a lot of $ and i moved it myself. They gave me and my family the worst experience. They do not have any Customer Service and you are just a # to them.

I contracted with the company to move my daughter from Phoenix to Lexington Ky. I gave a $1,550 deposit via credit card on 4/9/2021. The estimate was precise as to what was being moved. The movers were scheduled to pick up on Sat May 29th. We only know that because we called them on the 28th after not hearing from them. So, the 29th comes, and of course they failed to show. On Sunday May 30th I finally was able to speak to someone who claimed that they were closed and the best bet was to get another company that the driver had mechanical issues. We were scheduled to head across country the next day May 31st. After much discussion they agreed to show up Sunday night. They did and claimed that the estimator, under quoted for the move and that there were additional costs (over $1,200) and that it had to be paid in cash. My daughter was unable to pay, I was paying. They took the contents without payment, I was not aware of this discussion until later. They have not yet told us when the contents are to be delivered. I was sent via e-mail a final balance which includes the added charges which I don’t agree with as the there was no more contents than what was quoted. They did say that I needed to send an additional 70% of the balance which included the added $1,200. If I didn’t they said that would delay delivery. I sent an additional $1,745. Very difficult to get anyone on a phone. I was able to get Samantha on the phone late afternoon Monday June 7th. The company position remains the same. $175 reduction. I saved the original estimate which was able to be opened with a link. The link has since become disabled so I am unable to get the original estimate. I have still not been informed as to an anticipated delivery date. I suspect that this is a typical course of conduct for this company as I have seen a similar complaint. I also believe that this a case of text book bait and switch. I am willing to pay the original quoted cost or something reasonable. I also need to know when the property is being delivered. On the 23rd I was told by Samantha that I would have a date on the 25th. Can’t get anyone to pick up a phone, It’s now July 2nd 2021, still no delivery date. In a text I was told that they would check with their dispatcher on the 7th of July to see if they had a delivery date. On another note the Myrtle Beach address on Kings Hwy is a discount clothing store. Go figure.

I have moved cross country over 5 times and NEVER had a move like this one. They were 7 days late in picking up my furniture, more than doubled the price (from $6,600 to over $13,000). I had no choice so went ahead. I had originally scheduled 30 days of storage and before the end of that period I contacted them about delivery. They said 6-14 days. In reality it was 30 days after I notified them before they called me about a delivery date. That changed 3 times. Finally got my furniture and almost every piece was damaged. One chest of drawers was totally trashed. Every drawer was broken, almost every other piece had chips and dings. They didn’t count the boxes on delivery so by the time I got everything opened, I was missing 2 boxes containing dishes and other things. Almost half of the glassware was broken beyond repair. I can’t reach the customer service department to find out how to make a claim. Plant Van Lines is nothing but a broker and a scam as far as pricing is concerned (bait and switch). Do not use them! I could have replaced everything for what they charged and now I’ve paid them and still have to replace many items.

When we contact planet van lines they were so fast to charge the 1st payment . The day that they supposed to show up they didn’t contact us, they arrive so late and was a broker not their trucks al so they charged us much more money, they were some almost midnight and we have to leave the next day to Nevada we had a delivery day June 19 and we don’t have our staff, they told us to call every day and is June 28 and they don’t have answers that when we will be our delivery date. My husband and I we are living with no furniture and we are afraid that we are not having our furniture for a while. Saying that we our cost of living right now is higher because of them. Please don’t hired them you will have a nightmare like us.

Absolutely worst experience ever. Marty sells you convincing you how great their BBB account is, and now I’m honestly it confident they’re all real reviews. He swore they weren’t just another broker and the ones who showed up would be their company. We were quoted $3,500 for 550 c.f. to move from Lincoln,NE to Phoenix, AZ. We paid our $1,500 deposit and signed a contract saying that it would be 5-16 business days from first scheduled day available (March 11 for us). Well, when the movers showed up (it wasn’t a Planet Van lines truck it was “ZZZ moving” so obviously they are just brokers) and everything changed. The first flight of stairs was supposed to be free. Every additional was $75. We literally only have one set of stairs in our house and they charged us $150 for stairs(breech of contract 1). In addition, they guy walked through the house and just “eyeballed” all our stuff and somehow came to the conclusion it would need an extra 250c.f. Which is around an extra grand. So now we’re up to $4,500 to move our stuff. Which on the first contract they said the estimate would not go up unless we added things. We had actually subtracted things in an attempt to lower our moving bill (breech of contract 2). They also switched up the contract. The contract we received from our moving foreman (who by the way wasn’t wearing a mask despite mandates and being in a pandemic where they’re in and out of everyone’s homes) was different than the original that Marty had sent me. The new contract claimed they had THIRTY (30) business days to deliver our stuff. But we were locked in and if we told him to kick rocks and get out we’d lose our $1,500 deposit since it was day of and not 7 days before. So we got to Phoenix and called them a week after the 11th. Around the 15th or March. They told us our stuff would be sitting in storage until the 20th and then a foreman would call us with a new date. They couldn’t tell us where the storage unit was. Or who would be moving it. Which sounded like they didn’t even know. Fast forward to the 23rd and we still haven’t heard. So I called again, and they still couldn’t tell me where our stuff was. We finally got our stuff 2 days before the final deadline that it had to be here. Our smoker’s leg was broken and multiple bins had crushed lids. Keddrick and his wife from city movers said they picked up the contract and were the ONLY positive experience of this whole thing. They told us that these were how they were when they picked them up and were polite, and quick. You can directly request them and I highly recommend using them directly because at least they’re honest.

During my career I moved six times. Each time with one of the ‘majors’. In one way or another, all of those moves were a nightmare. This company however, Planet van lines, is by far the best moving experience I’ve ever had. They arrived on Wednesday to begin packing and by Sunday everything was delivered, offloaded, hooked back up and assembled. From start to finish took five days and that included a 1200 mile drive! What an absolutely pleasant experience. First class employees and a first class organization! They showed up when they promised, packed everything with care and concern, were a delight to work with, and they took their time in securing all of our possessions so that nothing was damaged or mistreated. A BIG “thanks” to their manager, the foreman and the rest of their remarkable crew. You’re the BEST!

Needless to say A LOT of stuff ended up being broken and even more damaged. Still waiting on a call back from customer service- I have followed up several times and they’re always going to “call me back”. Starting to seriously consider small claims court. DO NOT USE

Thank you, fellow movers who left countless positive reviews on multiple websites, for helping us find Planet van lines! We turned our large home of 21 years into a rental property and had a large number of boxes and bins to put into storage and a whole other set of 23 cartons that needed to go to FedEx for shipment to our new home across the country. I arranged it all long distance, and my husband was with the movers in the other house to oversee. He said he was blown away by how efficient, strong, kind, and fast the two gentlemen that this company sent were. They packed everything into the truck and then went first, to FedEx, then the storage space. Hubby could not say enough about how smoothly everything went. I will be hiring them again for sure.

I am one of the biggest fans of Planet van linses. I have used them 3 times now. They performed superb in all 3 relocations. This company never charged me a big amount and always made sure that my belongings were moved without any damage and within the time. 3 times in a row they did not give me a single chance to complain!!!! Not recommending at all.

The whole experience was not satisfactory. Price estimate was very reasonable, Adryan was very welcoming and gave me a very reasonable price, I deposited money, at the day of pick up, driver did the evaluation and gave me 40% additional to what we discussed. from that day Adryan has not been responding to any phone call, email,…. I had to agree because was last minute and I had to move out and no refund of the deposit. Since the pick up date m they told me it takes 5-7 days , now it is almost 11 days and no track of where is my packages. Marthy, Samantha, Adryan… are not responding to phone calls, Samantha called me back twice and the only response was no update regarding the delivery time. I had all my work instruments there and all of medications as i expected to get them by 7 days . i am still waiting for them and nothing sofar. NOR RECOMMENDING AT ALL.

Usually I wouldn’t ask for help. But I had to move cross-country on very short notice for my job. I looked into different companies, and found that Planet van lines had a lot of good reviews. I called to talk to them about the move and they patiently answered my questions. They were also happy to accommodate me on short notice, and gave me a reasonable quote. I was nervous when all of my belongings were packed up, but when I opened them I found that nothing had broken. My plate-ware, instruments, and furniture had all survived a cross-country move, which is really a miracle. It’s difficult to find a reliable moving company, but Planet van lines is definitely one of the best in the business. I would suggest them to any friends.

After calling 7 different moving companies it was Planet van lines that gave us the estimate at the first place and they quoted the best price. The rep was very friendly and responsive, explained the entire process and made the booking process so easy. Movers showed up on time, did a great job while packing and loading everything and also ensured a timely delivery. I personally checked the inventory and I did not find a single scratch on anything and the final price was exactly what was quoted at the beginning. So, I am recommending this great company.

Nothing but good things to say about Planet van lines, the movers we had were great, they were very helpful in getting everything where I wanted it in my new house. I appreciated their help and professionalism moving my things during a very stressful time for me. These guys and our experience were worth every penny of our move. I appreciate everyone who was there throughout this whole process and I would recommend them to anyone.

This is the best moving company I have ever used. The customer service rep was very responsive, friendly and willing to help. He quoted a very reasonable amount which stayed unchanged till the end. Booking process was very easy and the moving services were simply great. Packing, loading and moving all went smoothly and without any delay or damage. I can only recommend Planet van lines.

I would like to thank and recommend Planet van lines to everyone who needs moving services. These guys are highly experienced and equally skilled. Movers showed up early in the morning, packed the delicate items with great care, double checked everything before loading, made sure that the floor and walls were not damaged. I was informed by their sales rep that they would be little late for the delivery which was not an issue actually. The delivery came 2 hours late but all my belongings were safe and sound and the final bill was actually less than the quoted amount which was a BIG surprise indeed.

I don’t have proper words to thank Planet van lines. Their sales reps, moving teams on ends, dispatcher, estimator and both the drivers, they all played vital roles during our relocation. It was never going to be easy moving so far away but these guys had everything under control. They offered a reasonable price, planned the relocation precisely, gave me the roadmap before it was started and ensured a smooth packing, loading and moving service. Upon delivery, we checked the inventory and we were highly satisfied with the condition of our valuables. I am glad that we actually hired this wonderful company.

This was the first time we were moving a long distance. So, we were very confused on deciding which company to hire. Thanks to my uncle for recommending Adams van lines. The booking process was extremely easy and simple. Their sales rep explained the entire process clearly and assigned his best men. They showed up on time, packed the entire house, used the best packing materials and made sure that the loading was done efficiently. Their crew on the other end did really well upon the delivery of my stuff. I need to mention that the delivery was done on time, without any damage and the final price were extremely close to the estimated amount. I guess I have more than enough reasons to recommend Planet van lines.

Out of many options, Planet van lines moved our belongings. It was a long distance move and I decided on this company because of their reputation. They did everything necessary to ensure a safe, smooth and timely transition. Their sales rep, movers, drivers, dispatcher everyone was very serious about the work and beautifully showcased their skills and experience. To be honest, I never expected this move to be done on time and without any delay and within the estimated price but these guys made everything possible.

I am highly impressed with the way they managed the entire moving process. Movers from Planet Van Lines made the process look so easy, which was not at all in reality. Their office staff initially gave us a good deal, onsite estimate was precise and reasonable and later the movers showcased their skills and experience. The way they managed all our belongings and met the deadline was something special. Throughout the entire process, they never looked confused or uncertain about anything. All the maneuvers carried out smoothly and with great authority. These guys presented us with a stress free relocation. We are very much grateful to these guys.

My wife and I hit the jackpot. Moving with the help of Planet van lines was nothing less than hitting a jackpot. I moved many times in the past, hired many moving companies but never ever moved without stress. But this time my luck flipped and I got the best possible moving services. Thanks to these guys who made the task look so easy. It was because of their skills and experience and willingness to perform well, we moved without any stress whatsoever and also paid them quite a reasonable amount.
